This tearjerker about men trying to overcome their disabilities is very hard to find on DVD but lucky for you, I happen to have it. She's never been considered much of a sex symbol, but as this clip shows, Helen Hunt has one hell of a body. Her breasts are pretty much perfect and there's not much wrong with her ass either.

In the clip, she's having sex with her paralyzed boyfriend when a catheter comes loose, ruining an otherwise perfect moment.
